   JCC offers judo, jujitsu, kendo, and related disciplines training and activities. We provide inclusive training and activities that support education, health, social cohesion, and personal development for participants of all ages and backgrounds. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Registration and Membership:

   To participate in our programs, you may be required to register for a membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payment Terms:

   Fees for membership and programs are outlined on our website or available upon request. Payments are due as specified and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. JCC reserves the right to change its fees at any time, provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges already billed to your account.

5. Code of Conduct:

   Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the principles of martial arts. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership. This includes but is not limited to harassment, bullying, and any form of discrimination.

6. Intellectual Property:

   The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by JCC or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   JCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
